Madpieartz's Commissions

Prices will be discussed and vary depending on what client wants

Payment will be done through PayPal invoice.

A nonrefundable 30% payment upfront. Work will not begin until payment is received.

Full Refunds are allowed if work has not begun

Partial refund is 75% post-preliminary paid amount if recalled commission before completion

No refunds/returns after work have been completed.

After accepting a commission and 30% pre-preliminary costs are paid, I as the artist will begin working on the commission.

During the preparatory phase, I will create three sketches.

In the sketch phase; the client may request 3 rounds of revisions

Further revisions after the sketch phase or after the limit will be charged.

After receiving client approval with the sketch, I will finish the commission after receiving the rest of the amount of money agreed via a Paypal invoice.

Delivery: The client will receive the work digitally

Artists Rights

I, as the artist reserve the common-law copyright to all works commissioned, this includes all reproduction rights, and rights to claim statutory copyright.

No work may be reproduced by the Client without the prior written approval of the artist

I, as the artists, maintain rights to the artwork commissioned in any form

I, as the artist, maintain the right to decline a request

Edited, trace, cropped, or removed of my watermark from my artworks is prohibited

I as the artist have the right to use the artwork for self-promotional purposes

(If the client desires work to be private it will come with an extra fee of 10% of the total payment)

The purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address

Commissions ordered from me is currently for personal use only, commercial use commissions will need to be worked under contract

Recieve client approval before requesting post-preliminary pay, and finishing the commission

Non-refundable deposit of 30% due in advance of commission

Post-prelimary pay due within 48 hours after completion of preliminary stage

(failure to pay post-preliminary after 48 hours; I will assume the commission has been canceled)
